Why do you think the Roman Empire was a good place to live despite the problems?

The Roman Empire was a good place to live for many reasons. First of all Rome had a good army to protect their citizens. The Roman army conquared a lot of land.

 Some of those countries were: Britain, Spain, France, Italy, Egypt, and Germany.

 My second reason is that Rome was a democracy type of government.

 Democracy means government by the people. It is when people can vote, 

 participate in the senate and other rights. People were having rights to 

 do what they wanted to do, but still they have to follow the laws of Rome.

My third reason is that Rome had many different entertainment that 

patricians made they are: gladiator fights, chariot races, circuses, 

and amphitheaters. Rome was a pretty fun place to live in.

Rome had also public baths to go. It was a place were people 

come to rest after all their work and jobs. That way they

also were clean. 

How did religion impact Roman Empire?

 Religion impacted Roman Empire by killing many people but still people success. By having Christianity as  a main religion. First it started with Jewish people that wanted to have monotheism, but Romans told them to practice polytheism. Usually it depends on their emperors.Some were softer and some were more harsh. Softer emperors let people worship a god that they believed but also worship their gods too.

Still Christian people wanted to practice monotheism. Soldiers and town people kept on killing them until Emperor Constatine came and let people worship any god they wanted to. Rome started to be become more peaceful than it was. 

Why do government change.

                                    Why do government change?
Government started in ancient times and it still changing. I think it still changing because Emperors or a Pharaoh are all different. Some of them are really strong and powerful so they have strong laws. And because of that common people started to say their thoughts, that said something bad about government and usually they were killed.  


People wanted democracy and to be powerful too. They become so powerful that government had to give them something. For example in Rome government created assembly branch where poor people had rights. Today most countries have democracy. Only few countries have other forms of government.  


Government can be also good and caring about their country. Emperors are not that rough and wanted  
to live in peace. For example in ancient  Emperor Hadrian ordered not to conquer more land, but make it safer. So he ordered to built powerful walls between Rome and Britain.

1) There are different kinds of natural disasters. Some are natural and some are human made. For example Earth quakes are natural. Also it happens almost every day in different countries. They are usually not too strong, but humans harming the Earth so it does stronger earthquakes.

2) I think it is really good because it helps understand what you are learning and has many details in it. Also it's fun for example make a poster or a video.

What role of the army.

I think army's role is to protect citizens of their country. Army can be really good but also harmful. It usually depends on country's leader. Some countries have powerful army and some have less powerful. Since almost everyone have democracy. They have army to keep their citizens from terrorist usually. Also we need army for people that are having natural disasters like an earthquake, army flies to the place to safe people. That was my opinion about what is role of the army.

What have I learned today.

I've learned what is carbon cycle and how it works. First, animals breathe oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide. Then carbon flies to the tree or a plant. Then the tree make an oxygen that we breathe. Then we started to polute it even more by building towers and big cities.Then it's all starts all over again. I also have learned that polar bears, pengins and other species are dying because of global warming. So to stop it the things you need to do are: ride a bycicle instead of cars, recycle,turn off the lights when you leave etc. Bye.

Burglar alarm

We have started our burglar alarm. It's a shoebox that you make a circuit in. It is pretty hard but I almost finished. We also need to decorate it inside and outside. You need 5 switches to be connected and working.

Also you will need a light bulb, battery, and many many wires.
Buzzer is the funniest thing. It's buzzing when you connect it to the battery. We are using our school's staff such as wires and batteries, buzzer, motors. Sometimes you need to insulate your wires. It's really hard to strip it. And it's cool too.

Spring

Last day of winter... Spring is coming up!!! Leaves will change their colors and bad thing is mosquito will disturb my dreams. Finally it will be warmer. School uniform will be T-shirts not jumper.

Finally I'll be playing outside without getting cold. Good thing is that it will be sunny and flowers will grow. But there is also a bad thing that bees will flowing around. Another cool thing is that you can ride a bicycle. Especially on Hannam-dong. And another cool thing is holidays.I really like spring.

Starbucks

I like coffe especially starbucks.

I really enjoy latte. It's one that have milk in it. I usually go there with my mom.

My mom loves it too, she always buying caramel cookies with latte.

My second one that I tried once so far is frappucino. It's one that have usually chocolate on the top. 

It is so sweet and icy I like that, especially at summer. My favourite starbucks is on itaewon or myuong dong.

Most of the time I drink it at morning at my kitchen. My family has a special coffe-machine. We are buying

Roast coffe in costco. I like starbucks.

Earth quake in New Zealand

At New Zealand big earthquake hit one of their cities. That happened  in 5:39 pm at their time.
Which means it happened at the middle of the working
day. They tell that situation is horrobile.

Labour leader Phill Goff at airport of the city when the earthquake hit.
He tell us that it was a big one. It shaked the whole building.
He also told that building was all smashed around them.
The earthquake was 6.3 magnitude.

Two people were killed and 47 people were wounded in Iraq. They were killed because of protesting to the government. They were protesting for more food. Medics said that they were not sure how they were killed.

This morning around 6:00 am, a magnitude 4 earthquake hits Baguio and other parts of Benguet, according to Philippine Institute of Volcanology (Phivolcs), its the third earthquake since yesterday.The second quake was recorded at 2:25 p.m. yesterday, more than two hours after the first magnitude-3.3 quake rocked the area.The state seismologist says, the epicentre was 7 km southeast of Baguio that felt at the City and La Trinidad town of Benguet.The last quake has an intensity IV and considered a moderate felt and can destroy a structure with a weak foundation.There are no damages and casualties have been reported until now.

Egypt has a political problem because of the thing that happened in Cairo's museum. Now they are all angry on their president. 365 deaths was made because of protesting. I heard that president will still be president and people are angry. Bye!!

I want to help african people that are living poor. By sending and giving money and clothes.Also I want to help other countries like north Korea and I might will gave school my money to send them some. I also will vote for Mr.Hill's hair cut maybe I should my own style for him.

Also at future when I will be payed money I will gave poor people money and clothes. I already did gave money to people that are living poor in my country. I think we as a school we are helping north Korea and that's good. I think we need to help others. Bye.

Sanctum

On saturday I've watched a movie called Sanctum.
It's about A hole that was discovered and it is 2 killometers down. And one rich man payed divers
money so that they will explore is this hole reallly going to the ocean. So that richman who is Frank gave them all equipment that they ask. And each room that they will find in this cave they were have put in a computer.
The main charachter was Josh that was a son of a diver. First when they found a room women that was one of the divers, accidently had a trouble with her scoba diving was broken and it flew away. Other guy was trying to save her by giving his mask to her and took it back and again and again but then she wanted to keep the mask they were fighting for it but the men won and she just die.
After it rains and everything was flooding in this cave. And they were trying to find other way from this cave. But they die one by one and only Josh was alive. I really enjoy this movie and it was a little scarry too ;)

School should start at 9 am. and the second thing is that we should have more time at LUNCH!!!!

I think it should start at 9 am.Because I think almost everyone sleeping at 9 pm or so,and children need sleep more.Especially at the test so that we will be awake and ready to study. I am telling this because
I've seen many people that are almost sleeping on the desk during the class. I also know people that are playing at night and they go to bed minimum at 9 pm including me))). And it should ends at 3 that's just my opinion.
Second thing is that lunch time should be more. Because everyone is playing football or soccer and we are always hurry to play and we eating fast to have enough time to play at soccer field.But not wasting
school time we still will go at 3 pm. That is my second opinion on school's staff. BYE!!!!

Loughner kills.

There is a guy called Jared Lee Loughner that was killing people. He killed U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords,Casas Adobes,United States District Court for the District of Arizona,Chief Judge John Roll,Democrat representing Arizona's 8th congressional district.^[6] She was shot through the head^[5] at point-blank range,^[9]and her medical condition was initially described as "critical".Now he is arrested and he got 5 charges those charges can possibly include death. 

I wonder what encore will be next.

I like blogging but it will be over so I think it will be games. I want to have it because I like card games like UNO and other card games. Mr.Walker is good I hope  I will learn more card games. I like black jack and I wanted to learn how to play poker))) like guys from the movies.
UUUU yeah I wanted to learn some tricks like someone in movies about cards)))) But cards are so addicting once I was with my brother and sister we were playing a lot about 3 hours!!!! But the most thing that I want still tricks. Some of my friends can do tricks so I want to learn too. Well I dont know what there will be so bye.

Do you think people should have a second chance?

This man with a golden voice lost his family and then he was standing on the road and was asking help. He ruined his life he drank a lot and it became his part of life. People who were listening  to his voice and because of that he became famous all around the world. Then his mother which is 90-92 years old knew about him and she was happy to hear that her son have a second chance and get a job, and now he gets 80,000 thousands $$$$$ and he live in a really good house. I think people should have a second chance because they might be not that bad like that guy, because they might be not that bad so that was my opinion about the clip and a second chance.

my macbook))))

I love my laptop. I always playing games and checking my mail and facebook or watching Youtube videos. It's already 2 years since I bought it but still it's a good laptop. I love that  I can have my internet on almost everywhere because in Korea there is WI-FI in every building. I like it there is a picture of it how it looks like))))).

I like screen and macintosh there is no viruses,because on windows there is so many viruses and it always freeze. 

Mac is so cool. I like everything in it even the logo apple and mouse pad. I also like camera because I use skype and talking with my sister with video camera. Pictures and everything I like all things!!!! except for one thing there is not so much of combo commands. OK!! BYE!!!

My christmas vacation

At my holidays I was readinng and playing video games mostly.
But another thing was shopping. After my father's friends arrived here and I
was with their's daughters that were  about my age. My dad said to show them Korea
and we went to the Seoul Tower.After that to the cinema and there we were watching movie called Tron.
it was good we were eating popcorn with coke. After we went to japanese restaraunt. everything was good. then we went to starbucks and bought some coffee.Then we stayed at their room at lotte hotel and we also were watching korean movie someone was sleeping someone was on the computer. After 4 or 3 hours our parents came to hotel and we went home.
