Do you think people should have a second chance?

This man with a golden voice lost his family and then he was standing on the road and was asking help. He ruined his life he drank a lot and it became his part of life. People who were listening  to his voice and because of that he became famous all around the world. Then his mother which is 90-92 years old knew about him and she was happy to hear that her son have a second chance and get a job, and now he gets 80,000 thousands $$$$$ and he live in a really good house. I think people should have a second chance because they might be not that bad like that guy, because they might be not that bad so that was my opinion about the clip and a second chance.
